Here are some of our favourite beauty tips for keeping the skin fresh and healthy:

  • Drink plenty of water – Make sure you are drinking at least 8 glasses a day. And only water, not soda, caffeine, or any other type of liquid, even if it is low cal. Water will hydrate and flush your body free of toxins.
